STP is thereby expanding its product portfolio of law firm and insolvency software and can with immediate effect also offer solutions for SME law firms
Karlsruhe, 11 October 2022 – The STP Group, leading provider of legal tech software, has today announced its takeover of Rummel Software, an established producer of law firm and insolvency software. In doing so, STP, based in Karlsruhe (Germany), has not only further expanded its leading position in the German-language legal tech software market, but also established a solid foundation for continued growth towards Europe.
This move follows the the STP Group’s announcement in the summer of its takeover of software provider, Advo-web, and consulting firm Hülskötter. By taking over the law firm management specialist Rummel, the legal tech company has given itself an even wider base and as a result can also offer attractive software solutions for widely varying demands to SME law firms.
